Eating Vegetables

Some people have trouble getting their kids to eat vegetables…  Monday morning, while Allison was at preschool, Carter “helped” me make Shepherd’s Pie.  He liked the peas & carrots so well that he ate about half a cup of them straight from the freezer!

    My youngest proudly declares that she is vegetarian. She isn’t, but would be if we let her. This looks like something she would do too.
