Buggin’

This afternoon…

Carter (distressed):  Ant.  Ant.  Ant.  Ant.  Ant.
Me (finally catching on): Is there an ant in there?
Carter:  Uh-huh.

He runs to the front door, stands on the door mat and points to the tile near his feet.

Allison:  That’s not an ant.  It’s a dead bug.
Carter:  Dead.  Bug.

A minute later…

Allison: How did it get dead?  That’s how they get dead, Carter.  Because bugs don’t live in houses very good.

After another minute…

Allison (holding a rosary near the bug):  It’s a bug church.
