Staying Up Late

Nana and Pop arrived last night for a weekend visit.  They plane got in at 9 pm.  I made a deal with the kids that if they took good naps, then they could go to the airport to pick up Nana and Pop even though it was way past their bedtime.  Both of them took good naps, so off we all went to the airport!

The kids were in jammies in the car and Carter fell asleep on the way home.  Daddy carried him up to bed while Allison got to stay downstairs and talk to Nana.  Pop and Daddy both went to bed and Allison and Mommy got to enjoy some late night Nana time.

Allison was so sweet - showing Nana her ballet moves and her new toys.  She rarely gets a chance to show off without Carter around.  It was really special.
